For every purchase of 12d Model or a new module, we provide initial free maintenance for the first 3 months.

We understand that initially purchasing the software means that you will require communication on:

• basic product functionality
• setting up 12d Model in your office
• product improvements
• user seminars

The introduction of 12d Model is an investment and we, at the 12d Team, would like to ensure that you are making the most of your recent investment.
